This massage technique utilizes medium to deep pressure to target areas of chronic tension and pain. In this session we slow down to give adequate time and attention to trouble areas and provide therapeutic release.

Deep pressure techniques beyond traditional massage that could be used in this session include trigger point therapy, deep connective tissue therapy, cupping, sports massage and hot stones.

We include complimentary hot towels, specialty oils, and aromatherapy for every session. Use of our Amethyst Infrared Mat is also included in every massage.
