Ancient Chinese technique to break up stagnancy and blocked energy in the body. In this session we will use crystal tools on the body to bring flow and ease to aches and pains. Please note, similar to cupping therapy, this treatment can leave slight reddening of the skin.

When used on the face, gua sha is extremely beneficial to lifting the skin helping the erasing of wrinkles and signs of aging.
